Privacy Policy

How GadsPro collects, uses and protects personal information. Last updated: 31 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how GadsPro ("GadsPro", "we", "us" or "our") handles personal information when you visit gadspro.com, contact us, receive an email from us, or work with us as a client. GadsPro is a Google Ads management agency founded and run by Airin Akter. We work with businesses in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, the UAE and other countries.

We keep this policy short and plain. If anything is unclear, email us at info@gadspro.com.

1. Who we are

GadsPro is responsible (the "controller") for the personal information described in this policy, except where we process data on behalf of a client, as explained in section 7.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact and consultation form: your name, email address, phone number, website URL, monthly ad budget, the service you are interested in, and your message.
  • Emails, WhatsApp messages and calls: the content of what you send us and your contact details.
  • Client onboarding: business name, billing contact, and the information you share so we can plan and run your campaigns.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data: pages visited, time on page, referring page, approximate location (city or country), device and browser type, collected through cookies and similar tools (see section 5).
  • Technical data: IP address and server logs kept by our hosting and security providers.

Information from public sources

When we prepare a free website review for a business, we use publicly available business information such as the business name, website content, published business email address, and public listings. We do not buy personal data lists and we do not scrape private information.

3. How we use your information

  • To reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation or call.
  • To prepare proposals, audits and website reviews.
  • To provide our services to clients, including campaign management, conversion tracking and reporting.
  • To send invoices and manage our business relationship.
  • To understand how visitors use our website and improve it.
  • To measure the performance of our own advertising.
  • To keep our website secure and prevent spam or misuse.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, we rely on the following legal bases under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR:

PurposeLegal basis
Replying to enquiries and preparing proposalsSteps at your request before entering a contract, or our legitimate interests
Providing services to clientsPerformance of a contract
Business outreach and website reviewsLegitimate interests (offering relevant services to businesses), with a simple opt-out
Analytics and advertising cookiesYour consent, where required by law
Security, records, tax and accountingLegitimate interests and legal obligation

5. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are needed for the site to work. Others help us understand traffic and measure advertising.

  • Google Tag Manager loads our measurement tags, which may include Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion and remarketing tags. These help us see which pages and ads bring enquiries.
  • Jetpack / WordPress.com Stats counts visits and popular pages.
  • Hosting and caching cookies keep the site fast and secure.

You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and manage personalised Google ads at Google Ad Settings. Google explains how it uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

6. Business outreach and website reviews

We sometimes email businesses with a short, free review of their public website and Google Ads opportunities. These emails are sent to published business addresses (for example info@ or reception@), are relevant to the business, and always include a way to say no.

  • If you reply "no thanks" or ask us to stop, we will not contact you again and will keep only a suppression record so we do not email you by mistake.
  • Website review pages are based only on publicly visible information about the business website. They are not indexed for search and contain no private personal data.
  • To ask us to remove a review page, email info@gadspro.com and we will take it down.

7. Client account data

When you become a client, you may give us access to tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console or your website. Any personal data inside those accounts (for example customer lists or conversion data) is processed only on your instructions, for the purpose of delivering our services. In that case you are the controller and GadsPro acts as your processor. We do not use your customer data for any other purpose, and we remove our access when our work ends or when you ask.

8. Who we share information with

We share personal information only with trusted providers that help us run our business, and only as much as they need:

  • Website hosting and email (Hostinger).
  • Website platform and statistics (WordPress and Jetpack).
  • Analytics and advertising (Google, including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads).
  • Communication tools (for example WhatsApp and video call platforms).
  • Team members and contractors working on your project, who are bound by confidentiality.
  • Professional advisers, or authorities where the law requires it.

We never sell or rent personal information.

9. International transfers

Our team and some of our service providers are located outside the UK, EEA, United States, Canada and Australia. When personal information is transferred internationally, we use providers that offer appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, and we take reasonable steps to protect your information wherever it is processed.

10. How long we keep information

  • Enquiries that do not become clients: up to 24 months after our last contact.
  • Client records: for the length of our work together and up to 6 years after, for legal, tax and accounting reasons.
  • Outreach and opt-out records: as long as needed to respect your choice not to be contacted.
  • Analytics data: according to the retention settings of the analytics tools, usually 14 months for Google Analytics.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including secure (HTTPS) connections, access controls, strong passwords and limited team access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will act promptly if a problem occurs.

12. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct or delete it.
  • Object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it, including for outreach.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent.
  • Ask for your information in a portable format.
  • Complain to a data protection authority, such as the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), your local EU authority, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

California residents: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising in exchange for money, and we will not treat you differently for exercising your privacy rights.

To make a request, email info@gadspro.com. We will reply within one month, and we may ask you to confirm your identity first.

13. Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make significant changes, we will make that clear on this page.
